I just want to tell you how much I love and miss you. I love having you in my life, and I am so glad that we have been able to have as much time together as we've had. I love to sharing our passion of reading, and exchanging books. I am always excited to try and read books that you have recommended, and I loved it so much when you read the Harry Potter books! I love that whenever I have a problem I can come to you, and you try to find some solution to help. I love your teasing sense of humor, and listening to the stories you tell.
It was so fun to share Hawaii with you last year, especially during your birthday. And I loved bringing Clark out to New Mexico last year, and showing Gramps and Granny's house. I have had some of my favorite memories there...
I tired to squeeze the baby out today, so he could share his birthday with you....but he did not really cooperate. So we will just have to settle sharing names, I know he will be proud to have his (middle) name be William.


This is one of my favorite pictures of you...I couldn't stop laughing when I got it in my email. Maybe this Halloween I can get you a wand to complete the costume (or I will let you just borrow mine). Thank you for all you do, for being the best Grandpa ever! Happy Birthday!
